Calming Hatha Yoga with Mindfulness Meditation

Calming Hatha Yoga with Mindfulness Meditation

w/ Jennie Wang

Tuesdays, Starting April 14: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

This calming Hatha Yoga class invites you to slow down and reconnect with the natural rhythm of your breath and body. Through gentle, mindful movement, intentional pauses, and tailor-designed breathwork, the practice supports nervous system regulation, physical ease, and emotional balance. Drawing from 20 years of professional teaching experience and traditional Hatha studies in India, Jen Wang will guide you through intentional alignment, soft movement, and traditional breathwork, helping you create the space necessary to navigate daily stress and chronic tension, and allowing you to rediscover your inner center.

In this class, you will receive:

  • Guided Traditional Hatha Practice: A rhythmic sequence of classic postures focused on safe alignment and mobility to release physical tension and build quiet strength.

  • Ancient Breathwork & Meditation: Instruction in Nadi Shodhan and Ana Pana techniques to soothe the nervous system and achieve mental clarity.

  • A Sanctuary of Serenity: A supportive, low-impact environment where the goal isn't "perfection," but the attainment of personal Shanti (inner peace).

Who this class is for: This practice is intentionally designed for every body type and people at every stage of life, offering a restorative haven for high-pressure professionals seeking stress relief and a safe, graceful environment for active seniors looking to move with ease.
