Main Floor
Collective Tier (Supported Model)
This option is well-suited for new practitioners seeking to build their client-base as well as established practitioners seeking to refine their services. Includes everything in Connected Tier and the following add-ons:

Connected Tier (Basic Model)
This option is ideal for practitioners with existing clientele who are seeking a welcoming and cost-friendly space to deliver their services.
$55 per hour. Includes 30-minute setup and 30-minute close-down.
This room is ideal for hosting a workshop or training course.
Seats 20 Fits 18 Mats 320 sqft
Perfect for 1 on 1 clients or private meetings. Cost includes 30 minute set up and 15 minute breakdown window.

Co-Working Space
This Space is ideal for co-working. At Kindred, we love creating spaces where people can come together to learn, play, and work. In that spirit, we’re beginning an exploratory phase to shape a co-working space that truly reflects the needs of practitioners and the broader community. During this learning period, we’re offering a cost-friendly rate while we listen and learn – about the hours that work best for you, pricing that feels accessible, and the amenities that matter most – so we can build something sustainable together. We’ll be starting with limited hours as we find our footing, with plans to expand over time. A communal table (pictured) as well as individual desks are available for use.
This learning period will run from March through May, and we’ll share our full, official offerings in June. We invite you to help us create this space together.
All Rentals Include The Following:
Massage tables, Bolsters, Blankets, Yoga blocks, Yoga straps, Fold-out chairs, Floor chairs, Full kitchen access, Coffee and tea, Water cooler, Bathrooms, Wifi, Bluetooth speakers

Cancellation Policy:
Main Room Rental: One-week advance notice for workshops
Treatment Room: 24 hours’ advance notice for the treatment room
Hours of Availability:
Weekends: 9 am – 9 pm
Weekdays: 9 am – 2 pm; additional hours by arrangement
